Securtel - Not satisfied

I have contacted customer service in regards to refunding 45$ to my account because of my mistake of choosing the wrong servise. I recieved an email stating it would be put back in my account within 5 business days... It has been almost 2 weeks now, no refund...I have yet been able to speak with a LIVE person. I am very upset!
