I am very dissatisfied with this service. Mistakenly downloaded the wrong service. I had to beg for a refund. I was only given $30 of my 49.99 saying it was no refundable. It was less than 24 hours

I never talked to a a person only through email. I never used the service so I should have been refunded all of my money.

It was a mistake and less than 24 hours before I realized it. I will not recommend this service to anyone

My account with them was created in error. I requested a refund and was told they would only refund 30 of 50.

Have not yet received refund $.

The witch on phone spoke with heavy Indian accent was difficult to understand and her attitude worsened after asking her to slow tf down. I had to ask her to repeat herself and I don't believe she forwarded my info to refund the 30$.
