When I tried to get a refund, they directed me to a website that demanded more money to resolve the issue. This is complete nonsense.
I want my money back as soon as possible.
Now, I have to document all of this before I can proceed. Please provide a contact person who knows what they are talking about!

Charge on my card that I did authorize
Some how a charge got on my credit card but I did not make it. How they got a hold of my card I have no idea but they refuse to make it right.
I would highly recommend never using this company. You will be sorry.
When you dial the phone number it will ring and then hang up on you. Called a 100 times so response.

I have an account and I paid for it but it's not working
I would not recommend using this phone service. You can't talk to a human, and it's hard to register the number. I want a refund of my $49 as soon as possible.

Phone call minutes never added to phone
I purchased phone minutes for Volusia county correction facility to call me but says I have no mins still was 49.98 nd never worked I went totheu to someone else so I don't know if u can just cancel the order or add it to my number but as of ritnow I don't have credits on my phone was given a contact # for it nd did not work

They should have a online service where you can receive a refund online and they need to offer services that really works cause I have not been able to get hold to my son nor him me and the special number do not work at all when I emailed them several times no valuable feedback or help they really need to make sure these numbers connect to jail system

Refund of money
I was supposed to make a Cidnet account, not SECURTEL. So, that was my own fault.
However, I am really mad that I can't get a full 100% refund.
I didn't have the funds to make a mistake like this. I didn't even use the SECURTEL service, so the non-refundable $ is like legally stealing from me.

Need refund immediately
Still waiting on my full refund
I set up an account and made the payment my brother still can't call me, and it has been 3 days, and they keep asking me for more money after I just set up a landline, so I wouldn't have to be charged to accept his calls. I feel like I've been scammed and ripped off. And when I asked for a full refund, they said they can only refund me 31 dollars, and they will keep14.99. I haven't even got to use their services.
