I accidentally put money on the wrong app. They refunded all but $20.

They said they had to give me a special number, but I didn't want the special number.

I needed my money back. I am on a fixed income, and I can't afford for scammers to take my money.

Why was $54.98 taken by bank account. That was not agreed.

I typed in $20.00 ONLY. After I typed in $20.00 to get minutes for calls for Brendan Craig, but the screen immediately changed to an invoice/purchased stating $54.98 was taking from my bank account. I tried contacting the Securtel. I got nothing.

Their blue printed letters stating, "Contact Us" was unfounded! Not Available.

So I immediately contacted my bank the next day. After I was given a fraud alert sent to my cellphone.

They won't return your calls or emails to get matter resolved I would not even rate them a one but 0. Wasn't an option

Answer the phone and give me an answer; a refund would be nice instead of this running around ***

Unbeknownst to me, somehow this company jumped into another link I was trying to deal with, and the next thing I know, $ was taken from my account by this company. Completely fraudulent!

I thought I was on a site to get my son an e-cig, and when I put in my Visa, you took $54. I need that refunded because he can't use a phone where he's incarcerated, so a refund is needed by you. Thank you.

I was billed an amount that I did not agree to pay. It was under Willie Nevins.

He is in Campbell County, KY adult detention center.

I was trying to add money for an inmate call to Campbell

County KY Detention center. I had not idea the cost would be $54.38.

I was not informed of the cost or I would not have used my credit card. I cancelled my subscription and I expect a full refund of my money.

There needs to be a full

disclosure of the costs for making purchases for calls or anything else on this website. I expect your full attention

to this matter and a full refund.

Thought I was going to add just a few dollars for my sister to call me. Didn't see a price. Found out they charged $54.00 and I only got $35 back after cancelling the same day I ordered and still got charged for a phone number I never used.

I thought I was calling Securus Technology. I never bought anything.

I was trying to put $10 on my account. Y'all snatched $49.98 without selling anything. This was my only money. I want a return.

I will call them and turn it in this morning. I have a sick child and one incarcerated. I will not give a rich company money. If you will return my money immediately, I won't have to take these measures.

The pose as Securus, but they are not. They are a third-party company that takes money from people under false pretenses.

An account was made with my name and credit card number without the knowledge that it was going to charge me $55 and I would like to immediately delete the account and I would like my money back. I do not want anything to do with this company!!!
