Two weeks later and still no refund. I paid $45 by mistake and immediately called them.
They explained that there is a $14.95 fee to refund my money. So I mistakenly selected something immediately called and get penalized $14.95 and only getting $31.00 of my $45 back. BUT........ it's been two weeks and still no credit to my debt card.
I see that this has also happened to others.
These companies take advantage of people who can least afford to pay high rates and be ripped off by this company. Share this to ensure no one else gets ripped off by this scam.
How can a company justify taking $14.95 for a mistake ??? Taking advantage of those who can't afford it.
I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE.
